Doggiebags guarantees that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with any product, please contact us (416-606-5497)
Doggiebags accepts items for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must have been purchased through www. Doggiebags.org . Items must be returned in the condition they were purchased. Online exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. To return or exchange an item, please call (416-606-5497) to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please include a copy of your RA # inside the package and ensure the RA # is recorded on the outside of the package. A RA # must be obtained before returning any items. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit to your account. We do not refund shipping on returned items. Items received as gifts can be exchanged for another items of equal or greater value. Doggiebags is not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.
Canceling or Changing an order once an order is submitted on our online system, over the phone, or e mail it is a commitment to purchase. We will do our best to accommodate an “after order”change request but we take no responsibility for being able to modify or cancel an order.
Payment
All orders must be prepaid before shipping. We use Pay Pal for all website orders. You can purchase even though you don’t have PayPal account. You can use your credit card for payment through secured PayPal. Doggiebags does not have access to credit card information given to PayPal.For Canadian clients, the provincial tax (GST/HST) will be added to the final amount at the PayPal’s transaction page.
Shipping Policy
Currently we ship across Canada only.
Shipping rates for Canada:
purchased amount between 1 and $49, shipping fee is $10
purchased amount between $50 and $99, shipping fee is $15
purchases over $100 will be shipped free
